An apartment trash out is a service we provide in the cities of West Covina, Glendora, San Dimas and surrounding areas. An apartment trash out is when we are told by a property manager or owner that everything inside the apartment or rental property needs to go. All furniture, appliances, mattresses and everything else needs to be removed from the property and hauled off. All cabinets need to be opened and checked, and if anything is inside, we'll bag it up and haul it away. Any items that are in good, clean and in donatable condition will be donated and/or repurposed. A property manager or owner may request a trash out because of either an eviction or a tenant that moved out and left stuff behind.
